Distribution
Eco Partners ships your quarterly edition to your specified location(s) for distribution. We do not provide distribution services—you must arrange those locally. After shipment, your local distributor, such as a newspaper, mailing house, or billing company, ensures that the newsletter makes it into the hands of your citizens. Communities across the country distribute "One Man's/Person's Trash..." through a variety of methods.
Newspaper inserts
The newsletters are boxed or placed on a skid for shipment and sent to the local newspaper's delivery dock. They are then inserted into the newspaper and delivered to your community's households.
Direct mail
The newsletters are boxed or placed on a pallet and shipped to a mailing house selected by you. In all cases, the "indicia" (the postage information) is printed on the front of the newsletter. Some communities also print "Postal Patron" and the City and ZIP, while others have mailing labels affixed to each newsletter. The newsletters are then mailed under bulk mailing rules and fees.
Bill inserts
After printing, the newsletters are sent to a contractor for additional folding so they can fit into a standard business envelope. The newsletters are then shipped to the local office for insertion into billing statements.
The e-newsletter is posted to your website, and you send an email announcement
with a link to the e-newsletter. The residents on your email distribution list and those
who visit your website can read the e-newsletter on a computer or any other device
that can open a website and PDF file!
